BJC Construction Projects Ltd was founded in late 2020 following 5 years with a main contractor in the High-End Residential Market in London. The business offers a range of construction project management services that can be tailored to every client’s needs. The aim with every client is to provide peace of mind and to take the pressure off when it
comes to managing their project(s).

Ben has several years of experience within the construction industry where he has worked with and for Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Cost Consultants, Developers and End User Clients. He has a thorough understanding of all aspects of construction and specialises in the High-End Residential Market. Ben has a successful background in managing projects, ranging from small scale to multi-million-pound projects. Ben aims to share specifically the expertise and knowledge developed on these projects, as well as the lessons he has learned with future clients.

Ben is a Chartered Construction Manager and holds a degree in Construction Design & Management and a range of other project management and health & safety qualifications. Ben was brought up within the family property development business where his passion for construction grew. After working on site for several years at the beginning of his career, he developed and enhanced his knowledge and expertise in construction and focussed on construction project management.
