Ben has a number of years of experience within the construction industry. He has spent the last 5 years working for a main contractor within the London residential property market. He has a track record of successfully managing projects, ranging from values of tens of thousands of pounds to multiple millions both for developers and end user clients. He aims to share specifically the expertise and knowledge he has developed on these projects, as well as the lessons he has learned with future clients. 

 He is a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) and holds a 2:1 BSc (hons) degree in Construction Design & Management. He also has a range of other project management and health & safety qualifications.

Ben has always had a passion for construction from an early age, having been brought up around the family property development business and working on site for several years at the beginning of his career. He has since enhanced his knowledge and expertise in construction and focussed on the construction project management route.
